Crockpot Marry Me Chicken Spaghetti

Crockpot Marry Me Chicken Spaghetti

I love the flavor of the classic Marry Me Chicken and when I saw this crockpot version, I knew I had to give it a try and it was wonderful! If you've watched me on YouTube you know I have a "thing" about spaghetti noodles, I just really don't like them, so I used another pasta. But feel free to use spaghetti, it will make this recipe stretch even farther to feed more (it's already a hearty size dish) and I know your kids probably love the spaghetti noodles, too!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Step 1
Add chicken breasts, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, paprika, red pepper flakes, minced garlic, and chopped sun dried tomatoes to a large crockpot.
Cover the chicken in two jars of Alfredo sauce.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
  2. Step 2
Cook 1 lb of pasta according to the directions on the box.
Once chicken is fully cooked cut the chicken into cubes or shred it. Add the chicken back to the crockpot. Add cooked pasta, 1 cup of mozzarella, and 1/4 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese. Stir well.
Top with dried parsley and more parmesan cheese to serve!

If you love Marry Me Chicken as much as I do, be sure to check out this quick and easy one skillet version, too. It uses chicken tenders and cheese tortellini and is delicious!

Note

I found this recipe from Luke Brown Cooking In The Midwest and I have tried many of his quick and easy dinner ideas. They're always very tasty and simple to make. Be sure to check out his website or you can find him on all the social media places. He also recently released a cookbook so be sure and take a look at that if you are a fan of quick and easy semi-homemade meals.
