Apple Salad
This is one my mother in loves favorite desserts and I can remember her and Patrick's mamaw (her mother) making this at pretty much every family gathering we had. That's when I was introduced to this simple but yummy salad, me and Patrick had just started dating and I was probably around 17 years old and had never had anything like this before. When she told me the ingredients I was so surprised, lol!

In a large bowl add all your diced ingredients, gently fold in mayo, then fold in craisins and marshmallows. I like to fold in a little sugar and then add a little more on the top right before serving.
Cover and chill for a few hours then enjoy!
