Yum Yum Crack Chicken Stuffing Casserole
This creamy casserole has all our "crack" favorites - cheddar, bacon, and ranch - and it's topped with a yummy stuffing, too! It's quick and easy to assemble making it perfect for busy weeknight dinners. Please forgive the quality of my photo of this dish; the power actually went out right after this came out of the oven. The only lighting I had to work with was a battery operated lantern but we got it done, LOL.

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly spray a 9×13-inch pan with cooking spray.Spread chicken in the bottom of the dish. Top with bacon pieces and shredded cheese. -
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing mix, and sour cream. Spread over the chicken layer. -
Step 3
Sprinkle the uncooked stuffing over the soup mixture. Pour chicken broth and melted butter evenly over the stuffing.Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
