White Chocolate Dipped Sugar Wafers

White Chocolate Dipped Sugar Wafers

Yummy, easy, semi-homemade, inexpensive, and fun for the whole family to make! What more could you ask for in a Christmas treat? And I love to make these for birthday parties and other holidays, too - just change up the color of your melting chocolate and sprinkles.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Step 1

Melt the almond bark or melting wafers with the shortening in the microwave until it's smooth and melted - do this in 30 second increments stirring in between

  2. Step 2

Dip a sugar wafer into the candy coating covering about 3/4 of the wafer. Let the excess coating drip back into the bowl. And sprinkle with sprinkles, before the candy coating has time to set up. Repeat with the remaining wafers laying them on wax paper to set up as you go. These should be stored in an airtight container and will stay fresh about 2 weeks.
