White Chicken Chili

White Chicken Chili

I love this white chicken chili not just because it tastes great, can be made stove top or dump and go in the crockpot, it's also easy and made with ingredients that I always have on hand!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Step 1

Add drained cans of chicken to crockpot, chopping any large pieces into smaller chunks. Now add in all the other ingredients EXCEPT the cream cheese and give it a good stir.

Cover and cook on high for 2 hours. If you want to use fresh chicken just adjust your cooking time in the crockpot (about 4-6 hours) to make sure your chicken is cook through. Then shred it up and add it back in.

  2. Step 2

Add in the softened block of cream cheese, cover and cook an additional 30 mins - 1 hour. When the cream cheese is melted stir it to mix it in. Then serve it up with cornbread, crackers, corn chips, cheese, sour cream, green onions - just whatever you like!
