Steak Tips and Veggies Complete Meal in the Crockpot
A complete meal protein and veggies made in one pot - the crockpot - and everything finished and ready to eat at the same time! And it's completely delicious and fairly heathy, too.

Step 1
Layer beef tips in the bottom of a greased 6 quart crockpot and season with the seasonings listed in the ingredients.
Lay green beans over the beef on one side of the crockpot, and place the potatoes beside the green beans. Season this layer with the seasonings and then sprinkle on the onion soup mix and garlic.
Drizzle melted butter over the top.
Cook on high 3-4 hours or low 6 -7 hours.
Serve and enjoy having dinner done in one pot!
