Sonya’s Broccoli Cornbread
One evening my son in law made dinner for us and he served the most delicious broccoli cornbread. I've always loved broccoli cornbread, and had eaten it many times at potlucks but never made it myself. When I asked Ryan about the recipe, he said it was his mom's recipe and she had been making it for years. I just could not believe how easy it sounded and now I bet I've made it 3 or 4 times already! It's quick and easy, pretty inexpensive to make, and is perfect as a bread or a side dish for any occasion.

Mix all ingredients together and add cornbread mix last.
Bake at 375 degrees until brown about 45 minutes for a 9 x 9 greased casserole dish.
