Slow Cooker Crustless Pumpkin Pie
This is a delicious Pumpkin Pie for those of us who just don't really love a crust.

Combine all ingredients completely then pour in a 4-5 quart crockpot.Cook on low for 2-4 hours, rotating crock every hour to cook evenly.Let the crock cool completely, then refrigerate.Slice and serve with whipped topping.
