Ingredients
Instructions
-
Lay out a piece of parchment or wax paper on a sheet pan and set aside. Place your candy melts in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute, stir and pop it back in for 30 more seconds, stir until smooth.
-
Take out cherries and place them on a paper towel to absorb excess moisture and help them stick to the chocolate a little better
-
Place 1 pretzel in the melted chocolate and use your fork to press it down so it is completely covered in chocolate, use the fork to lift the chocolate pretzel up and tap the fork on the edge of the bowl to remove extra chocolate and slide the pretzel on the parchment or wax paper. You can use a toothpick to push it off of the fork
-
Immediately place a cherry on the bottom of the chocolate pretzel and repeat until you are finished with each pretzel
Note
I kept these in an air tight container in the fridge because I like my cherries cold, and I think they might dry out if you don't keep them covered and in the fridge. But they stayed good the few days they lasted LOL I came across this adorable idea from Melissa at Kid Friendly Things To Do and we just loved how they turned out!
