Raspberry Chipotle Cream Cheese Dip

This is a family favorite at our house and always a hit anytime I take it somewhere to share. It's a delicious blend of sweet and savory thanks to the Jammin Jams Raspberry Chipotle Jam but you can get creative with your flavors and use whatever jam or jelly you like. And you can easily double this dip recipe if you have a big crowd to feed - either way it's sure to disappear!

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a small oven safe dish or pie plate, set aside.
  2. Place the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion flakes, and salt in a bowl and mix together, then spread the mixture into the prepared pie pan. Sprinkle the top with Weber's Smoky Mesquite Seasoning, this gives the dip a "smoked" cream cheese flavor and really adds great depth to the taste.

  3. Bake the cheese dip for about 15 minutes, or until everything is nice and melty hot.
  4. Just before the cheese dip is done baking, put the jam in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals until the jam is just a little melted and soft, stirring after each interval.
  5. Once the cheese dip is done baking, carefully remove it from the oven, and pour the melted jam on top, spreading it as needed. I love to serve this with Ritz crackers and tortilla chips, but it's good with anything, enjoy!
