Pretzel Snowflakes

These were included in a video of some super quick and easy 5-minute Christmas treats that are perfect for kids of all ages. These are stress-free, no-bake holiday snacks made with simple pantry ingredients like pretzels, marshmallows, store-bought cookies, candy canes, melting chocolates, and fun Christmas candies. This video was all about making memories, not perfection so we left in all the silly moments, chocolate drips, and laughs along the way. If you’re looking for easy Christmas treats kids can make, holiday desserts for beginners, or fast festive ideas for family fun, you’re in the right place.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Lay out a piece of parchment paper
  2. Melt your chocolates in a microwave safe bowl, do not get them too thinned out - place in a piping bag or a ziplock bag and cut a corner to pipe from
  3. Pipe a quarter size circle of chocolate and press four pretzels into the edge of the chocolate, touching the sides of each other
  4. Pipe a dot of chocolate in the middle of each pretzel then pipe an X of chocolate connecting your dots
  5. Then pipe a larger X of chocolate across the smaller X
  6. Sprinkle with candies, set in the freezer for about 5 minutes to harden, then enjoy!

Note

This is very hard to explain, you should really just watch the video LOL. And mine are very abstract style but they still turned out beautifully! Store in an air tight container for a week.
