Paula Deen’s Lady & Sons Mac & Cheese
If you're looking for a creamy and delicious baked mac and cheese, look no further. I've watched Paula make this recipe (and have seen it in her cookbooks) several different ways. That's something I appreciate about the way Paula cooks, she uses what she has opened and on hand and she's not afraid to share a different version of an old recipe, especially if she thinks it tastes better the new way. So I will try to make notes about all the different ways you CAN make this recipe if you want to, and note that in the video I only made half of this recipe.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook the macaroni about 2-3 minutes longer than the directions on the package. Drain, and place the noodles in a large bowl and, while still hot, and add the butter and cheese. Combine the remaining ingredients and add to the macaroni mixture. Pour macaroni mixture into a casserole dish and bake for 20 minutes then give it a little stir, bake an additional 10-15 minutes and top with additional cheese and place it back in the oven to melt. Serve and enjoy!
