The ultimate party dip for the holidays, game days, or family game nights! This warm and cheesy spinach dip is topped with a parmesan crusted layer that is golden brown and crispy and I just know you will love it!

For the Dip

For the Topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and spray an 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish with non-stick spray and set it aside.
  2. In a large bowl combine the cream cheese, sour cream, thawed spinach (make sure you squeeze out as much moisture as possible), garlic, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, salt and red pepper. Use a sturdy spoon to combine and then spread into the baking dish.
  3. Bake the dip uncovered for 15 minutes. Meanwhile prepare the parmesan topping by combining the topping ingredients together in a bowl.
  4. Remove the dip from the oven and stir it to get it all combined. Sprinkle the parmesan topping evenly over the top of the spinach dip, then return to the oven and continue baking an additional 5 minutes.
  5. After 5 minutes, turn on the top broiler in the oven to brown and crisp the parmesan topping. Depending on how close your pan is to the broiler this could take anywhere between 2 to 5 minutes. Watch it closely so it doesn't burn. Once it's browned remove it from the oven.
  6. Serve tortilla chips, pita chips, veggies or whatever you like and enjoy!

Note

I made this dip based upon a recipe I found at I Wash You Dry and I've made a number of Shawn's dishes and they are always amazing and easy, too!
