One Skillet Chicken Fajitas with Pineapple Jalapeno Jam

I love using some of my favorite savory jams from Jammin Jams to boost the flavor in lots of dishes. But if you don't have any jam you can still use this easy recipe along with your favorite fajita seasoning.

  1. Step 1

    Add oil to large skillet and bring to medium heat, add the peppers and onions and season with salt and pepper. Saute until soft and slightly browned - about 15 minutes.

    Once veggies are done transfer into a large dish.

  2. Step 2

    Add the shredded chicken to the warm pan the veggies just came out of and reheat until it's steaming. Add the veggies back into the chicken and stir together. Add the jar of jam (or fajita seasoning with a little water) and stir together.

    Serve with warm tortillas and lime wedges.
