One Pan Taco Spaghetti

One Pan Taco Spaghetti

This one pan dish is a flavorful cross of two all time favorites -  tacos and spaghetti! And best of all EVERYTHING  is cooked in one pan and it's ready to eat in about 20 minutes!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Step 1
Add garlic, onion, and ground beef to a large skillet. Break it up into chunks while cooking it  until browned and done. Drain the excess fat.
  2. Step 2
Add taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and water. Mix to combine.
Then, add spaghetti. Be sure that spaghetti is covered with the liquid and bring to a boil. Then, reduce heat to low and cover skillet with a lid. Simmer for 12-15 minutes or until spaghetti is cooked, stirring occasionally.
  3. Step 3
Remove the lid and cook for a few minutes more or until excess liquid evaporates (if needed) then turn off the heat.
Add shredded cheddar cheese. Then, cover the skillet with a lid again. Let the cheese melt. Garnish with green onions or parsley and serve immediately. Enjoy!

Note

This is such a tasty and easy dinner that I came across at 110K Recipes and I made just a couple little changes to fit my family's tastes. You could add in some extra veggies like green bell peppers or even corn if you'd like. Give this one a try and let me know what you think!
