No Bake Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie
I first saw folks making this no bake pie years ago and I've always thought I wanted to try but as the saying goes, I just never got around to it. Well, I finally did and I can't believe how simple, quick, easy and absolutely delicious this dessert is! It only takes 4 inexpensive ingredients to make, plus it's one of those recipes that you really can't mess up. Your family is going to LOVE THIS and the kids would have a ball making it with you.

Step 1
Begin by spreading a small amount of Cool Whip in the bottom of the pie crust.
Then dunk cookies, one at a time, in the milk and place in a single layer on top of the Cool Whip. Dunk each cookie quickly or it will absorb too much milk and crumble apart on you. I like to break a cookie into smaller pieces to fill in the small spaces between the whole cookies. And be sure to lay a couple cookies aside to crumble over the top of the pie.
Now spread 1/3 of the Cool Whip evenly over the cookies, do another layer of cookies, 1/3 Cool Whip, another layer of cookies, and the final layer of Cool Whip.
Crumble the reserved cookies over the top, cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, I like to let it sit in the fridge overnight.
Slice and enjoy!
