Monterey Chicken Bubble Up Bake

I love a bubble up casserole made with canned biscuits and this one is a new favorite with it's cheesy chicken and spinach flavors. And the unexpected addition of french fried onions makes it extra good!

Instructions

  1. Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350ºF. and spray a 9×13-inch pan with cooking spray.
     
    Combine chicken, spinach, soup, sour cream, seasonings, and cheese. Stir in half of the onions.
  2. Step 2
    Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces. Toss with chicken mixture.
     
    Pour chicken mixture into prepared pan. Top with remaining half of the French fried onions.
     
    Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and biscuits are golden brown.

Thanks Plain Chicken for another delicious bubble up bake, I just keep finding new and creative ones to try and this is one of our new favorites! I loved using the Kinders Woodfired Garlic seasoning in this too, it gave it a little kick of extra flavor but not too much heat.
