Lori’s Mom’s One Bowl Baker’s Chocolate Brownies
This recipe was submitted by Lori Christensen for our Memories From YOUR Kitchen segment, she said her mom was called upon all the time to make these brownies for potlucks and community events. After making them for myself I can see why, they are absolutely delicious and Lori's mom must have been a gal after my own heart; because they are very easy to make, too!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line 13x9-inch pan with foil and spray it with non stick spray.
Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on high about 1 1/2 minutes or until butter is melted and stir until chocolate is completely melted, then stir in the sugar. Next, blend in eggs and vanilla. Last, add flour and nuts; mix well. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 30 to 35 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Cool completely. Use the foil to lift the brownies out of the pan and onto a board for cutting into squares.
