Lemon Pepper Panko Fried Chicken

I just cannot explain to you how delicious this fried chicken tastes. I usually only bake or grill with lemon pepper seasoning but mixing it into the crunchy panko and pan frying the chicken (heavily breaded of course) was out of this world!

  1. Step 1

    In a shallow dish combine panko, parmesan cheese, lemon pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and parsley.

    In another shallow dish beat 1-2 eggs.

    Dredge the chicken breasts in the eggs then coat them well with the panko mixture.

    Fry the chicken in olive oil over medium heat about 4 minutes per side or until they reach an internal temp of 165 degrees.
