Honey Mustard Pork Chop Sheet Pan Dinner

Honey Mustard Pork Chop Sheet Pan Dinner

An easy sheet pan meal, these baked honey mustard pork chops feature a tangy and flavorful honey mustard sauce that makes an impressive weeknight dinner that is perfect for fall or anytime of the year!

Ingredients

Honey Mustard Sauce

Instructions

  1. Step 1
Preheat oven to 400° and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper. Prep potatoes, drizzle with oil, Italian seasoning, salt & pepper and place on one side of the pan and bake for 10 minutes. Prepare the broccoli the same way but do not add to the sheet pan at this point.
  2. Step 2
While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the honey mustard sauce by placing all of the sauce ingredients in a bowl and mixing with a whisk until smooth.

When the potatoes have cooked 10 minutes, remove from the oven and place pork chops and broccoli on the sheet pan. Drizzle the honey mustard sauce on each pork chop to evenly coat with the sauce. You will have some extra sauce, save it to drizzle on top when you serve.

Place the sheet pan in the oven to bake. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked to your liking and the veggies are crisp-tender. Remove from the oven and serve and drizzle extra sauce on top of the pork chops as desired.

Note

I can think of so many great veggies to use in this sheet pan meal like green beans, brussels sprouts, cauliflower, butternut squash and even pumpkin. The original recipe from Real Simple Good that I took inspiration from is gluten free, Paleo, and Whole 30 diet friendly, too!
