Step 1
In a gallon size zipper storage bag or a large bowl, add the chicken and all of the marinade ingredients and stir well. Marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes and up to 24 hours. Remove from fridge when ready to cook to take the chill off.

In a large skillet, heat some oil (about 2 tablespoons) to medium high heat. Add the chicken and cook 3-4 minutes per side until chicken is no longer pink in the center and the sides began to brown. Serve with chopped cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, feta, Kalamata olives, and tzatziki sauce.
Note
Some additional tips from Christy, The Girl Who Ate Everything, where I found this recipe are that it can be served hot or cold. And if you're meal prepping or making this dish ahead of dinner time or even storing leftovers, she says to keep the chicken and toppings separate.
