Mozzarella Biscuits Bombs

Gooey Mozzarella Biscuit Bombs

When you’re in the mood for a warm, comforting treat that combines the rich flavors of garlic, buttery goodness, and melty mozzarella, there’s nothing quite like these Gooey Mozzarella Biscuit Bombs. They're soft, golden biscuit balls filled with gooey mozzarella and then coated in a fragrant garlic butter and Parmesan cheese crust, making them the perfect side dish, snack, or appetizer for any occasion. What I love the most is how easy they are to throw together, no fuss no fail and if you love cheese pulls - you’re going to be obsessed with this little recipe!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Separate the refrigerated biscuit dough and take each biscuit and flatten it slightly with your hands.
  3. Place a mozzarella cheese ball in the center of each biscuit disc and wrap the biscuit dough around the cheese ball, making sure to seal the edges tightly to prevent any cheese from leaking out during baking. Repeat this process for each biscuit and cheese ball. Place the prepared biscuit bombs onto the lined baking sheet, spacing them apart slightly to allow for expansion during baking.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and chopped parsley. Then brush each biscuit bomb with the garlic & herb butter mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese generously over the tops of the biscuit bombs.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  7. Remove the biscuit bombs from the oven and coat them with any remaining garlic herb butter mixture, then let them cool slightly before serving.
  8. I love serving them with warm with marinara sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
