Garlic Parmesan Chicken & Veggie Sheet Pan

Garlic Parmesan Chicken & Veggie Sheet Pan

I absolutely LOVE the Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce and will find any excuse at all to use! And this might just be the best way I've used it yet, quick, all on one pan, and oh so delicious!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cover a large baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick spray.

Quarter up potatoes and boil for 8 minutes in water with baking soda, drain and toss them in a bowl with some olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika and spread them on one end of the sheet pan.

  2. Step 2

Slice Kielbasa into small circles and toss onto the sheet pan beside the potatoes.

  3. Step 3

Put your veggies in the bowl that you tossed the potatoes in and drizzle a little olive oil on them and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Then spread them on the sheet pan beside the Kielbasa.

  4. Step 4

Finally you can toss your chicken tenders in the bowl and coat with the Buffalo Garlic Parmesan sauce or I like to lay mine on the pan and season it with the same seasonings I used on the veggies and then squirt the sauce on and brush it to coat the chicken.

Then lay it on the sheet pan.

Bake 20-25 minutes, making sure the chicken is 165 degrees internally. You can broil it a little to brown it if needed.

Note

This is another one of the wonderful recipes I've seen Luke Brown (Cooking In The Midwest) share, he has lots of quick and easy family dinner ideas. Be sure to check his out and he has a new cookbook that was recently released, too.
