Fish Tacos (The Sauce Is The Boss)
I am loving street tacos, especially fish tacos. And you can customize these up however you like but what makes them great is this sauce! It tastes great, is easy to mix up and not only is it great on fish tacos, it's delicious as a chicken or fry dipping sauce, and I've even used it as a salad dressing, too.

Step 1
Zest ½ teaspoon zest from the lime.Juice 1 tablespoon of the juice from the lime.Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.Drizzle over fish tacos (or any kind of tacos). For the fish tacos in the photo I used 2 Gorton's Crunchy Fish Sticks for each taco. I just prepared them in the air fryer according to the package instructions then chopped them up, heated the tortillas just a touch and topped them off with red onion, tomatoes, sauce, and some additional parsley.
Note
I wish I could take credit for this amazing sauce but I found the recipe from Spend With Pennies years ago and have played around with changing the seasonings in it for all different kinds of tacos. You can change up your tacos by using pork or chicken, and you can change the flavor profile completely by changing up the toppings. In the video I made classic fish tacos topped with red onion, tomatoes, and parsley, but fish tacos are delicious with a cabbage slaw topping, too. You could add a little chili powder and ranch seasoning in the sauce and make it Tex Mex style with black beans, corn, avocados, and tomatoes. And don't forget the tropical fish taco with pineapple and mango salsa on top, too. The possibilities are endless!
