Everything Cream Cheese Stuffed Chicken
If you love Everything Bagels you have to try this baked chicken that's stuffed with a little garlic cream cheese mixture then rolled in a coating made from an actual bagel and seasoned with the Everything seasoning we love! It's juicy, crispy, SO FLAVORFUL, quick and easy to make, and your family will fall head over heels in love with it just like we did!

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and line a baking pan with parchment paper.Break the bagel into small pieces and place in a blender or food processor (my little pull string chopper did the job nicely, too). Pulse to create crumbs (don't make them too fine).Combine the breadcrumbs with 2 tablespoons everything seasoning and olive oil.In another small bowl, combine cream cheese, garlic powder, parmesan cheese, and cheddar cheese. -

Cut each chicken breast lengthwise but don't cut all the way through. Fill each breast with the cream cheese mixture and season with salt & pepper.Mix beaten egg with 1 tablespoon of water then dredge each chicken breast in the flour and dip into the beaten egg. Then roll in the bagel crumbs and place on a baking sheet and sprinkle with remaining everything seasoning.Bake for 35-40 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees and let it rest 5 minutes before serving.
