Easy Skillet Tortilla Pizza
My family loves these tasty, quick, and easy little pizzas that I whip up in minutes right in a skillet on top of the stove. And I love that I get to use up those last little bits of leftovers I have in the fridge as the toppings. This recipe is just a basic starting point, these are super versatile to recreate with whatever YOU have on hand to make it your own. You can replace the pizza sauce with alfredo, ranch or any dressing or sauce you want to and switch up the Italian seasoning to ones that compliment the pizza you're building. And as far as toppings go - the sky is the limit friends! Any and all meats and veggies you can think of!

Step 1
Melt a little butter in a skillet on medium heat. I build my pizzas right in the pan but they cook quickly so you might want to assemble first and carefully put them into the skillet when you're ready to cook them.
On a flour tortilla layer: sauce, cheese, toppings, a little more cheese, and sprinkle with a little seasoning.
Fry them until you see the tortilla begin to bubble up in some areas, they cook QUICKLY - you want a little crispy to your crust but not burned, LOL
Remove, slice and enjoy! Be sure to wipe out your skillet then fry up another.
