Dump and Bake Chicken Alfredo

Dump and Bake Chicken Alfredo

10 minutes from start to the oven, then hands off! Just dump and bake -you don't even boil the pasta. No work to make or clean up and oh so cheesy and delicious! Perfect for any busy night of the week!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Step 1
    Preheat oven to 425°F

In a 9x13 baking dish stir together uncooked pasta, Alfredo sauce, chicken stock, chicken and garlic. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

  2. Step 2
Uncover; give the pasta a good stir. At this point you should check the pasta to make sure that it is al dente (firm but with a tender bite). If it’s still too hard after 30 minutes, just cover the dish and return to the oven until pasta is al dente. Then move on to the next step.
  3. Step 3
Sprinkle mozzarella over the top. Bake uncovered for 8-10 more minutes (or until cheese is melted and pasta is tender).
Garnish with freshly grated Parmesan or fresh chopped herbs, if desired.

Note

As soon as I read this recipe from The Seasoned Mom I knew I had to give it a try. Now it's become a favorite go to for those nights when I just don't have it in me to cook dinner, LOL! No one ever has to know how easy this delicious little dish it!
