Crockpot French Onion Meatballs

I just don't know how these 5 simple ingredients do it but they create the most flavorful dump and go crockpot dinner! It's the taste we love of French Onion soup in a meat ball with a warm and rich gravy perfect over mashed potatoes, rice, noodles, or you can make it a savory French Onion Meatball sub!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Step 1
Put the frozen meatballs in the crockpot, add the onion, the French onion soup, and the onion soup mix on top of the meatballs. Stir lightly, and cover with the crockpot lid.

Cook on low for 4-6 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.

When you're ready to serve the meatballs, add the cheese on top. Put the lid back on the crockpot, and let the cheese melt. If you want your gravy thicker you can stir in a slurry of 1-2 tbsps water and the same amount of corn starch.
