Crockpot Creamy Ranch Steak Tortellini
This recipe checks all the boxes for busy weeknights or lazy weekends when you just want something delicious without the fuss. A simple and delicious crockpot meal with tender beef, a creamy ranch sauce, and cheese-filled tortellini. And you would never know by looking at the beautiful finished plate but I didn't even brown those steak bites before tossing them in to the crockpot!
Ingredients
Instructions
-
Place beef in the crockpot (you don't even need to brown them first). Sprinkle the meat with the ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Use your hands to really coat the meat with the seasonings.
-
Pour beef broth over the meat and top with a couple pats of butter. Cover and cook on low 6-7 hours or high 3-4 hours.
-
Then stir in the heavy cream and cheese and add the tortellini.
-
Cover and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes until tortellini is tender.
