Crockpot Cream Cheese Crack Chicken Chili

This might just be my NEW FAVORITE CHILI! It's quick and easy to throw together and FULL OF FLAVOR! I served it with corn chips, a dollop of sour cream and s little extra cheese but I think it would be amazing with cornbread. It's perfect for potlucks, tailgating, or any meal of the week!

  1. Step 1
    Place chicken at bottom of slow cooker and add corn, black beans, diced tomatoes and green chilies, chicken broth, cumin, chili powder, onion powder, ranch seasoning and bacon. Stir together then place the cubed cream cheese on top.
    Cover with lid and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or high 4-6 hours.
    Remove chicken from slow cooker, shred and return to crockpot (I just shred mine right in the crockpot with my mix and chop). Stir cheddar cheese into chili and serve it up with all your favorite chili toppings!
