Crockpot Cheesy Chicken & Potatoes
I love a good, basic crockpot meal and this one just can't be beat! I almost always have the ingredients on hand and you can substitute ground beef for the chicken, and use fresh potatoes if you don't have any frozen hashbrowns. Just get creative and use what you have on hand!

Step 1
Spray the inside of the crockpot with non stick spray and layer half of the hashbrowns. Cover them with oil and season with 1/2 tsp each of the onion powder, garlic powder, paprika and Italian seasoning and stir to coat.
Now layer your chunked or diced chicken on top of the potatoes, spray the chicken with some non stick spray or drizzle some oil over the top of it and sprinkle the remaining seasonings over top of the chicken.
Now add the remaining hashbrowns on top of the chicken and season with salt and pepper.
Pour the heavy whipping cream over the top, cover and cook on low 5-6 hours.
When it's done top with cheese and let it melt and garnish with the bacon bits and I always like to put some chopped green onions on top, too.

I saw Jaycie Tanner make this recipe, you can follow her on Facebook, too.
