Creamy Pasta Salad

This creamy pasta salad is loaded with sweet peas, crispy bacon, and noodles, all covered in a smooth and creamy dressing. It’s a perfect side dish for any dinner, potluck, or barbecue. You could even throw in some leftover grilled chicken and call this a meal!

Instructions

  1. Step 1
    Cook the pasta noodles in a large pot of water to al dente. Drain and rinse the noodles in cold water.
    While the pasta is cooking, set out the peas, and cook and chop the bacon.
  1. Step 2
    In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, olive oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Whisk them together till combined.
  1. Step 3
    Add the pasta, peas, bacon, and parmesan to a large bowl and pour the dressing over the top. Stir together until everything is coated in the dressing.
    Cover and chill for 1 to 2 hours, or serve immediately.

I've had this recipe saved for a really long time and for some reason or another I'm just now getting around to making it and WOW! Patrick and I both really loved it - simple, creamy, and flavorful!
