Creamy Pasta Salad
This creamy pasta salad is loaded with sweet peas, crispy bacon, and noodles, all covered in a smooth and creamy dressing. It’s a perfect side dish for any dinner, potluck, or barbecue. You could even throw in some leftover grilled chicken and call this a meal!

Step 1
Cook the pasta noodles in a large pot of water to al dente. Drain and rinse the noodles in cold water.While the pasta is cooking, set out the peas, and cook and chop the bacon.

In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, olive oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Whisk them together till combined.

Add the pasta, peas, bacon, and parmesan to a large bowl and pour the dressing over the top. Stir together until everything is coated in the dressing.Cover and chill for 1 to 2 hours, or serve immediately.

I've had this recipe saved for a really long time and for some reason or another I'm just now getting around to making it and WOW! Patrick and I both really loved it - simple, creamy, and flavorful!
