Creamy Lemon Garlic Chicken

Heat oil in a heavy pan over medium heat.
In a plate combine flour, parsley, and lemon pepper.
Coat chicken in flour mixture and fry to nearly done then remove from pan to a plate and set aside.

In pan sauté garlic 1 minute, add lemon juice, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Stir together to combine and add chicken back into pan, coating it with the sauce.
Let the chicken simmer in the sauce for 10-20 minutes (I like to add in fresh parsley in while the chicken is simmering if I have it on hand), making sure it reaches an internal temp of 145 degrees.
