Creamy Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner
I LOVE a sheet pan dinner, they're quick to make AND clean up afterwards when you line the pan with foil. But this one is by far our favorite because of the creamy, delicious sauce that bakes up on the chicken. It's a total comfort food meal all on one pan!

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil and coat with non-stick spray.Arrange broccoli on one side of the sheet pan, chicken breasts in the middle, and diced potatoes on the other side. (I like to put my potatoes on a separate pan and start them cooking before my chicken and broccoli.)Drizzle the chicken, broccoli and potatoes with the olive oil and then season with the garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Make sure everything has plenty of room around it, if it's too crowded it can take longer to bake. -
Step 2
In a small dish combine the cream of chicken soup, parmesan cheese, parsley and garlic. Mix and spread over the chicken breasts.Bake for 22 to 25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through (165 degrees) and potatoes are tender. If you want to you can turn on the top broiler in the oven at the very end to brown the top of the chicken slightly.Remove from oven and let rest for about 5 minutes before slicing the chicken.
Note
This is one of many delicious recipes I've made from I Wash You Dry. You can easily switch out the broccoli and potatoes for any other veggie like green beans, Brussel sprouts, carrots, or cauliflower and you could also use pork chops in place of chicken, it's really just a great base recipe for creating lots of great sheet pan meals.
