Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and spray a 9 x 9 casserole dish with nonstick spray.
Season both sides of the breasts using 1 cup of the grated Parmesan cheese and black pepper, and place them in the prepared baking dish.
  1. Step 2
In a small bowl stir together Caesar dressing and sour cream and pour the mixture over each breasts then sprinkle the remaining ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until a meat thermometer inserted in the thickest part of one of the middle breasts reads 155 degrees.
Then broil the breasts an additional 2-4 minutes, or until the chicken turns golden brown. It can burn quickly, so watch it closely. The chicken is done when the meat thermometer reads 165 degrees.
Remove from the oven, cover loosely with foil and allow chicken to rest 5-10 minutes before serving.
