Cranberry Brie Bites
Cranberry Brie Bites are a super easy but beautiful appetizer that's made with crescent roll dough, brie cheese, cranberry sauce and a sprig of rosemary, if you're feeling fancy! And while this little recipe is only made with three ingredients, you just won't believe how delicious these little bites are! They're so pretty and festive for the holidays and have all the best flavors of the season, too! Plus they look WAY more expensive and complicated than they actually are but I won't tell if you promise not to tell, either.
Ingredients
Instructions
-
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and spray a 24 count mini muffin tin with non stick cooking spray.
-
Roll out the crescent dough sheet. (If you're using crescent rolls, pinch the seams together to make one long sheet.) Cut the crescent roll dough into 24 equal-sized squares and place the squares into the muffin tin cups.
-
Cut your wheel of brie cheese into small pieces and place a couple inside each of the crescent dough squares.
-
Then top with a generous spoonful of whole cranberry sauce and add a little piece of fresh rosemary to each one.
-
Bake about 15 minutes or just until the crescent dough is a light golden brown. Serve warm and enjoy!
Note
I always grab two cans of crescent dough when I make this because I always end up extra brie cheese so I can make this for Christmas Eve and then we can have another fresh batch for New Year's Eve, too.
