Cracker Barrel Hashbrown Potato Casserole

This is a family favorite on Sunday's at Granny's house. It's about the closest I've had to the recipe that Cracker Barrel serves. It's quick, easy, serves a crowd and if you're lucky enough to have leftovers they're great with breakfast!

  1. Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

    In a large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients until well combined.

    Spread into a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish and bake uncovered for 30-45 minutes until the top is slightly browned and bubbling. 

    (If you want to you can use any of the optional toppings, crush them up and spread on top of the casserole then drizzle with some additional melted butter before baking) 

Note

Sometimes I put crushed corn flakes on the top of this casserole and drizzle a little melted butter over them before I bake it for a crispy topping.
