Chicken Club Lettuce Wraps

Cool and crunchy, low carb and low calories, and no cooking required - just a few of the reasons I love these fun little treats! They're perfect for a light lunch or dinner, appetizer, or summer soiree, that's just a fancy way to say party.

  1. Step 1
    In a small bowl, whisk together mustard, sour cream and pepper. Set aside for topping lettuce wraps.
  2. Step 2
    Divide the chicken among the lettuce leaves, then top with avocado, tomatoes, bacon and Dijon dressing.
    To eat, simply pick up the wrap like a taco, and enjoy!

I found this recipe along with many other healthy lettuce wrap recipes on Yellow Bliss Road. I'm already thinking about all the different proteins, veggies, seasonings, and flavors I can use to recreate this over an over again.
