Chicken Caesar Salad Pizza (Canned Chicken Pizza Crust)
This fun and delicious meal has become a lunch time staple for me and Maddie; I bet I make it at least twice a month! The recipe is actually just for the canned chicken pizza crust - it's a great way to enjoy pizza without the bread! And you can change up the seasonings and toppings to make whatever flavors you are craving.

Drain chicken well, add to a large mixing bowl and chunk the chicken up into small pieces. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Press into a circular shape on a parchment lined baking sheet (pressing it out to about 1/4 inch thickness). Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Let cool and spread a little Caesar dressing over the crust and top with dressed Caesar salad. Be creative and use what ever dressings, sauces, and toppings you like!
