Cheeseburger Party Sliders

Cheeseburger Party Sliders

This is one of those great recipes that everyone needs to keep in their back pocket for game day, holiday parties, or any busy weeknight for a quick and yummy hand held dinner. This is the original recipe but in the video I changed it up and used some onion and garlic jam. The versatility of this recipe is one of the things I love about it; you can use what you have on hand to create a different flavor every time you make it! Think Tex Mex, Sloppy Joe, or Big Mac - whatever you're craving.

Instructions

  1. Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9×13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Crumble and brown up the ground beef in a skillet on medium heat. While browning season with salt, pepper, cumin, mustard powder, and paprika.

Add the onion and garlic, and cook, stirring occasionally, until beef is browned and onions are golden. Stir in drained tomatoes until well combined.

  2. Step 2

Place bottom half of buns in prepared pan. Top with beef & sliced cheese. Finish off with the top half of the bun.

  3. Step 3

Mix all the ingredients for the glaze in a sauce pan over medium heat until melted, smooth and combined. Pour over the buns.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes.

    Serve and enjoy!
