Cheeseburger In Paradise
I have to admit that being an old Parrot Head the name of this recipe was what initially caught my attention but the deliciousness keeps me coming back over and over. This is actually a really old recipe that I believe was first shared on the back of the Bisquick boxes. It's quick and easy, and has a classic meat and potato flavor combo that pleases everyone in the family, and oh yeah - that yummy Bisquick topping just can't be beat. Make it once and I promise you that you will be adding it into the rotation all the time!

Instructions
-
Step 1
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Spray a 9 inch pie plate with non-stick spray.
Cook beef and onions in medium skillet until it's cook through and drain excess fat.
Stir in seasoning salt, garlic powder, and Worcester sauce then transfer to pie plate.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the beef.
-
Step 2
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and Bisquick mix. Try to get out as many lumps as you can in this mixture then pour it over the meat and cheese in the pie plate.
Bake uncovered for 25 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
Note
The name might be a little misleading on this one, it is really a classic ground beef comfort food tasting casserole. I love to serve it with fresh veggies all sautéed up in the summer, classic sides like a salad, green beans or corn are great with it too. And just for fun I love to bake some frozen onion rings up to throw on the side with it sometimes just in keeping with the fun name. And the first time I found this recipe, Jimmy Buffett was credited with creating it, I just thought I'd throw that in there LOL
