Caramel Pecan Turtle Pumpkin Pie

This is an easy, decedent, no bake pie perfect for Thanksgiving or anytime, really! It's one of those desserts that looks and tastes like you spend a lot of time and energy on it but it's really easy as can be.

  1. Step 1
    Pour caramel topping onto bottom of pie crust then sprinkle with pecans.
  2. Step 2
    In a large bowl, mix together pudding mixes, milk, canned pumpkin, and pumpkin pie spice.
  3. Step 3
    Mix in 1 ½ cups of Cool Whip to the pumpkin mixture, then spoon into the crust and refrigerate for at least 1 hour - the longer the better 
  4. Step 4
    Top pie with remaining Cool Whip, then drizzle with a little extra caramel topping and pecans before serving.
