Caesar Chicken Pitas

If you love a Caesar salad as much as me you will love this fresh, flavorful chicken version all wrapped up in a fresh pita or you can just eat it with a fork if you like!

Ingredients

¹⁄₂ lb pulled rotisserie chicken diced into small pieces (You can used any leftover or even canned chicken)
¹⁄₃ cup red onion diced
1 Roma tomato diced
1 cup shredded green leaf lettuce
¹⁄₄ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
¹⁄₃ cup Bottled Caesar dressing
pepper to taste
pita bread

Instructions

Step 1

Place all ingredients (except pitas) in a large bowl and toss to mix and coat with dressing.

Serve in folded pita bread taco style or you can put this salad inside a pita pocket.
