Brown Sugar Ham Sliders
These ham and cheese sliders are so easy to make and always a hit. I've been making them for years and I can always count on them for a quick weeknight dinner or to disappear almost instantly at any party! They only take a few ingredients and you can put them together in about 5 minutes. And did I mention that these are Patrick's ALL TIME FAVORITE sandwiches, you know he loves anything topped with brown sugar!

Ingredients
Instructions
-
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Make your sandwiches by splitting the rolls in half and placing the bottom of the buns in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Spread the inside of the top and bottom of the buns with mayo, then add on the ham and cheese. Add the top of buns over the sandwiches.
-
Step 2
Melt the butter and stir in mustard and Worcestershire sauce to mix well. Now brush the tops and sides of the rolls using all the mixture, let it run down over the sides and soak into the bottom of the buns. Now sprinkle the tops with the onion flakes, poppy seeds and brown sugar.
-
Step 3
Tent with foil and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake uncovered for about 5 minutes.
Note
You can make these ahead of time, just cover and let sit for one hour in the fridge or overnight.
