Broccoli Casserole

My momma has made this casserole for our family's holiday dinners and potlucks for as long as I can remember. When I finally got interested in cooking and asked her for this recipe I could NOT believe how quick and easy this dish was to make. Plus, it's perfect to prep the night before then all you have to do is pull it out of the fridge, top it with crackers and melted butter and it's ready to bake. Don't let the simplicity of this recipe fool you, it's absolutely delicious!

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Cook broccoli according to directions
  3. Drain and combine with the next 6 ingredients well and spread into a greased casserole dish
  4. Crumble crackers on top (drizzle melted butter over top) and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour
  5. Casserole should be bubbling and the crackers should be browning when done.
