BBQ Bacon Cheddar Mini Meatloaves
I pretty much stick with my tried and true meatloaf...until now. This delicious bbq glazed meatloaf is full of bacon and cheddar cheese yumminess and it's become a new favorite. It's fun to make these in mini individual meat loaves and they cook a bit quicker this way too but you can certainly make it one large loaf family style, too!

Preheat oven to 425°F.Cook and crumble bacon (I used bagged real bacon pieces from the salad topping section of the grocery store in place of this all the time)In a mixing bowl, mix together all meatloaf ingredients except the BBQ sauce.Divide the mixture into 8 round loaves and press a small depression into the middle of the meatloaves, then brush BBQ sauce on top of the meatloaves.Bake for 25 minutes. Turn on broiler and brown the BBQ sauce for 2 to 5 minutes and then let rest 5 minutes before serving.

I am so glad that I tried this recipe from Soulfully Made and so is my family, LOL! Most of the time I half this recipe like I did in the video and I have also begun adding onion because I just think I need to see it in every meatloaf.
