Balsamic Tomato Boursin Cheese Puffs

You're going to find yourself making this quick, easy, and delicious little treat all the time. It's a beautiful presentation and tastes very indulgent but is actually fairly healthy thanks to the sweet little grape tomatoes that burst open while baking. It's perfect as an appetizer for the holidays, a spring brunch, or anytime you feel like a snack!

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees

    In a small bowl combine halved tomatoes, olive oil, vinegar, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper.

    Divide puff pastry into 12 equal parts, and place in the sprayed cups of a muffin tin. 

    Divide Boursin Cheese into 12 equal parts and place each piece in the center of a pastry square in the muffin tin.

    Top each with 2 halves of the grape tomatoes and bake for 15-20 minutes.

    Allow to cool and drizzle with balsamic glaze and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
