Your family will LOVE this family style twist on a classic bacon cheeseburger! It's easy to make with very simple pantry staples, bakes up in about 20 minutes, and it's so fun for each person to dress up their portion burger style! And did I mention that it's SO YUMMY, we're adding this one into the rotation!

Note
I was looking for new takes on the same old classic summer foods we eat every year and came across this recipe from Plain Chicken and we just loved it! It's really a lot easier than frying single burgers, it's kind of an all in one dish and done meal. And on those dogs days of summer it's a nice change from sweating over the grill, and this winter when we get to craving a good burger - I'll pull this little recipe out for sure!
