Air Fryer Parmesan Crusted Chicken
This is the most juicy and flavorful chicken thanks to a seasoned mayo and parmesan cheese! Best of all it's ready in a flash, made in the air fryer, and clean up is a breeze!

Step 1
In a small bowl mix together the mayonnaise, garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Divide the mixture between fillets and spread all over the chicken.

Mix together the panko bread crumbs and parmesan in a shallow bowl. Dredge each fillet in the parmesan mixture, pressing lightly into the coating with the tongs. Then turn and repeat. Shake off excess coating.

Place the chicken in the basket and air fry at 390 degrees for 10-12 minutes, flipping over the chicken at the halfway point, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
