Air Fryer Nachos

Nachos are a delicious snack or quick lunch and a perfect way to put any leftover chicken or veggies that are hanging out in the produce drawer to good use! And you can have them ready in no time using the air fryer!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Step 1

Line your air fryer basket or tray with parchment paper or aluminum foil. If you have an air fryer with a basket, fit the foil so that you make a sling for easy removal.

Lay your tortilla chips in a single layer on the bottom of the fryer basket.

Sprinkle the chips with the shredded cheese and add your desired toppings. I like to add a little taco seasoning to my chosen protein to give it some Tex Mex flavor to build upon.

Air fry the nachos at 400 degrees for 3-5 minutes. Check the chips about halfway through to make sure they are not burning.

Use your foil or parchment paper to easily lift the nachos out of the basket.

Top with your favorite fixings and enjoy!

Note

Adjust the amount of ingredients depending on the size and type of your air fryer. Mine is a larger "oven" style, but if you have a "basket" style you might have to make a couple smaller portions.
